  • Contact Permission: Whether you agree that our sales team may contact you, and when you gave or withdrew that permission.

  • To respond to inquiries or support requests submitted through the Support Form.
  • To process inquiries submitted through the Product Request Form.

  • To let our sales team contact you about our products, services and demos, if you have given us permission to do so.

  • Consent: For analytics cookies, and when you give us permission to contact you (e.g., when you tick the box allowing our sales team to contact you as you download a technical document).

Details you submit when downloading a technical document are kept for as long as they are relevant to our contact with you, and no longer than two years after your last contact with us. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
